Theodore M. Prociv, Ph.D., chief executive officer

Dr. Prociv is a nationally recognized authority in the area of Chemical and Biological Defense, destruction of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), Emergency Disaster Planning and Defense Systems Acquisition.

Dr. Prociv was appointed as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Army (Chemical Demilitarization), Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Research, Development and Acquisition). He was responsible for oversight of the entire U.S. chemical weapons destruction program, a $14.9 Billion life cycle program. Dr. Prociv also served as Deputy to the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense of Chemical and Biological matters, where he was responsible for oversight of all chemical and biological defense programs within the Office of the Secretary of Defense. His duties included formulation of policy and strategy for the implementation of the chemical demilitarization and the chemical and biological defense programs in support of national needs.

Dr. Prociv is former President and CEO of Versar, Inc., a provider of professional services including infrastructure, facilities management, construction, environmental quality, defense and homelend security. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Chemistry from Widener University, a Masters of Arts Degree in Organic Chemistry from Hunter College, and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the City University of New York. He has published over twenty technical articles pertaining to various aspects of chemical agent technology.

Mike Wofsey, Ph.D., principal researcher

Mike has held senior positions with McGraw Hill and Unidigital,a founded Scientific Illustration Services, a manufacturer of high precision measuring and color calibration tools. He received his bachelors and masters degrees in physics from City University of New York, and his Ph.D. in physics from The University of Alabama. He continues research in solar desalination and ion polarization. Mike has written for Physical Review Focus, The Wall Street Journal and Australian Provincial Newspapers.

Dave DiMuro, production manager

Dave has been part of SEA Desalination Corp since 2008. He handles product manufaturing, workflow and graciously handles art-directing and graphic design. He is currently a Senior at The University of Alabama.

Landon Miller

Mr. Miller has successfully built small companies, and helped hundreds of large to global enterprise companies improve and grow. Prior to IBM, Mr. Miller was typically Lead Partner/Senior Consulting Leader or Process Re-engineering/IT Architect, and Delivery / Implementation Executive. In his thirty-year business career Mr. Landon's work includes partner and management positions with KPMG Peat Marwick, and Deloitte & Touche. He was previously chief engineer and delivery executive with IBM.

Mr. Miller is a Registered Patent Attorney (RPA), an Active Member of the Washington State Bar, and a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law. He holds an MSA in Systems Management from George Washington University and a BA in Zoology/Chemistry from the University of Washington.

Richard Stover, Ph.D.

Dr. Stover is Senior Vice President of Sales and Chief Technology Officer of Energy Recovery Incorporated, a desalination services company. He has 20 years of research, development and engineering experience with 3M, IBM and ERI. Dr. Stover joined ERI in 2002 to develop and launch the PX-220, which has since become the leading energy recovery device in seawater desalination. Dr. Stover's numerous publications and achievements have earned him international recognition as an expert in energy recovery and process optimization in reverse osmosis systems. He holds responsibility for technical product-support services, strategic positioning of PX® technology, and managing and expanding ERI's intellectual property holdings. In addition, in his current role as Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for strategic growth and risk management. Dr. Stover was a co-recipient of the European Desalination Society's 2006 Sidney Loeb award for outstanding innovation. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley.

Shama Hyder

Ms. Hyder is an expert marketing consultant to independent professionals and service firms around the world. As the founder of After The Launch, Shama teaches service professionals how to leverage the internet to establish themselves as industry experts, acquire more clients, create valuable services, and ultimately increase profit through her one- on- one consulting work, and through her company's several online marketing services.

She has successfully launched 3 businesses in the last 5 years. She holds a Masters degree in organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, and prides herself in being a constant learner. Her clients have garnered national media attention, and companies often look to Shama to guide them when it comes to the vast world of social media marketing.

Lester Ingber, Ph.D.

Prof. Lester Ingber has published over 100 papers and books in theoretical nuclear physics, neuroscience, finance, general optimization, combat analysis, karate, and education. Through Lester Ingber Research (LIR) in Ashland OR he develops and consults on projects documented in the http://www.ingber.com/ archive.

Prof. Ingber received: his diploma from Brooklyn Technical High School in 1958; his B.S. in physics from Caltech in 1962; his Ph.D. in theoretical nuclear physics from UC San Diego in 1966, while studying at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen and consulting at RAND in Santa Monica CA.

Prof. Ingber has held positions in academia, government and industry: National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Berkeley and at UC Los Angeles; Assistant Professor in physics at SUNY at Stony Brook; Research Physicist in the Physics department and in the Institute for Pure and Applied Physical Sciences at UC San Diego; Research Associate at UC San Diego in the Music department; twice Senior Research Associate of the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences; Professor of Physics at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey CA, and at the US Army Concepts Analysis Agency in Bethesda MD; Research Professor of Mathematics at The George Washington University in DC; Director of Research and Development at trading firm DRW in Chicago IL and at hedge fund DUNN Capital Management in Stuart FL.
